Recently, China’s financial sector constitutes more and more as a fundamental part of the international financial market with measures in various fields, such as bond market, QFII/RQFII, securities JV, asset management, currency brokerage, underwriting licensing etc. CIPS, the Cross-Border Interbank Payment System, is a worldwide, interbank payment system backed by the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), China’s central bank. Its main purpose is to facilitate the use of the renminbi globally by cutting costs and process times. Chaired by Mr. XU Zaiyue, CEO of CIPS, Paris EUROPLACE and China Construction Bank will jointly host a seminar in Paris in September 27, 2019 with the aim to gather the financial community and delegates from China banking industry to share their insights of the future development of RMB, China’s financial sector and economy.
