Elodie Trevillot appointed President of the Finance Innovation global competitiveness cluster
Paris, March 11, 2025 - Elodie Trevillot, an active member of the Finance Innovation cluster in her role at Banque Delubac & Cie, where she is managing partner, is taking over from Bernard Gainnier as Chairman of Finance Innovation. Finance Innovation, which has been accredited by the French government, aims to drive innovation in the finance industry by supporting its players, whether major groups or start-ups, in order to create a strong ecosystem with an international and particularly European reach. Elodie Trevillot's ambition is to make the Paris financial center a benchmark for innovation.
A global competitiveness cluster created by the French government in 2007, and with a network of over 600 members, Finance Innovation, a branch of Paris Europlace, is the benchmark cluster for finance in France. Its mission is to stimulate, support, disseminate and promote innovation in the finance sector, by coordinating and leading the collaborative work of the various players in the ecosystem.
On the recommendation of the Finance Innovation Board, Augustin de Romanet, Chairman of Paris Europlace, has appointed Elodie Trevillot as President of the Finance Innovation cluster, succeeding Bernard Gainnier. As head of Delubac & Cie, Elodie has in-depth knowledge of Finance Innovation's challenges, positioning and service offering, which she was able to test through the blockchain and Web3 projects and the DeluPay payment solution supported by Banque Delubac & Cie. Drawing on this experience, and building on the cluster's historical momentum and central role in the Paris financial marketplace, Elodie aims to continue positioning Finance Innovation as a key player in innovation in France and internationally, around the following 5 strategic priorities:
- Support the financial ecosystem in its transformation around new technologies: blockchain, AI, quantum, cloud ;
- Work alongside France's finest fintechs to support them in their key stages of growth and scaling: business, capital, operational and strategic challenges for the coming years;
- Offer a new range of support services dedicated to major groups in the financial ecosystem who have reached a certain maturity in their innovation strategies and the implementation of these innovations;
- Strengthen the use of French fintechs' technologies by the public sector and local authorities;
- Strengthen relations between Finance Innovation and French and European financial regulators.
Contributing to the digital and sustainable transformation of the financial sector, supporting and encouraging R&D in France and Europe, and fostering the emergence of national and European champions: these are the strategic ambitions of Finance Innovation, its new president and its governance.
